Hi, I’m Shannon—a neurodivergent clinician who values warmth, kindness, and genuine care in every interaction. I strive to make everyone feel truly seen, heard, and supported, no matter their background or what they’re facing. You deserve to feel understood and accepted, and I approach each person with an open heart and deep respect for their unique story. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, grief, trauma, or other challenges, I am here to walk beside you, listen without judgment, and help you feel safe and empowered on your healing journey.

My therapeutic style is personable and empathetic, shaped by a variety of lived experiences: served 3 years in Ukraine as a US Peace Corps Volunteer, a past injured athlete at an Olympic Training Facility, and trained at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, a generalist in a wide array of approaches: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, etc.

If you’re considering support or have questions about starting therapy, I encourage you to reach out to me. I’m truly looking forward to connecting and seeing how I can help on your journey.
